ScionSky
A downloadable game for Windows
Multiplayer JetPack-enabled Team-Based Capture the flag game in development. Each base's inventory stations can provide deployable turrets for customized base defense. Generators in each base power fixed base turrets and the inventory stations, so if it gets attacked go find a repair pack to get it running again!
This game was designed to be both single and multi player, inspired by the original Starsiege Tribes circa 1999. Four years of part time single person indie dev work and life got busy. The multi player is built and almost works, coming when time allows.
The goal of the game is to capture the enemy flag. First run into the enemy flag and you will grab it, then go back to your flag on it's base and touch it to capture the flag. In this proto version, one cap ends the game.
But watch out for enemy turrets, both fixed on the base and deployed by bots (and later future players). Destroy the enemy generator and you disable their fixed turrets and inventories where they get deployables. then grab the flag!
As of 5-Feb-2025, inventories can dispense deployable turrets but weapon changeouts may not function. The only working backpack is the repair pack.
To deploy a turret, go to the inventory station, select a turret, and then click the checkout button on the bottom right. then walk to a wall somewhere, press C, and aim to see the previewed turret location. When it's in the right place, fire (mouse 0) and it will deploy and begin targeting enemies.
Deployable turrets also do not work fully, I think they are aiming at enemies through walls, so that has to get fixed. Fixed turrets are cooperating.

Really excited to play this. Looks good so far.
Edit: Had a chance to play. Can say it feels pretty solid. Love to see where it goes.
Hey thanks much for the comments. I actually just updated the thing, can't believe it's been another year.
